1. Call 3M at 800-634-2449, extension 3 for digital OR extension 1 for general assistance.

2. Ask the 3M support team to be connected to Esthetic Design Lab to be able to submit scans via the 3M True Def Scanner.

1. Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner

2. Search for Esthetic Design Lab

3. Add Esthetic Design Lab

4. Select Esthetic Design Lab when submitting scans or raw .STL files

1. Go to the Medit link website and create an account.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click on “Partners” on the left side.

4. Type office@estheticdesignlab.com in the search bar.

5. Find Esthetic Design Lab and click “Request Partnership.”

6. Check the details and press “Request Partnership” again.

7. We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to “Partners.”

1. Log in to Cerec Connect at www.sirona-connect.com

2. Select “My Cerec Connect,” then “Edit Account”

3. Under “My Account,” select “My Favorite Laboratories”

Type “Esthetic Design Lab” in the field for “Company Name,” then “32256” for Zip Code

4. Click “FIND”

5. Check the box that says “Esthetic Design Lab”

6. Click “ADD” to complete the registration

When sending a case, add “Send to Esthetic Design Lab” in the notes

Option 1.​

1. Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner

2. Connect with Esthetic Design Lab using our Company Email: office@estheticdesignlab.com

3. After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Esthetic Design Lab” on your scanner when sending files

2. Select Option 1

3. Request that Esthetic Design Lab is added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number (904)456-8570

4. After Esthetic Design Lab has been added, restart your scanner

5. After connecting to us as a Lab, select Esthetic Design Lab on your scanner when sending files

1. On the Upper Left Click the More Tab

2. Click Connections

3. Click Labs

4. Select Add- For the Lab you wish to connect search the lab by either Lab name or Email. (Office@estheticdesignlab.com)

5. The lab will pop up, select request to connect. Contact Esthetic Design Lab (904)456-8570 and ask for the lab to accept the request

6. Refresh the page and the lab should appear on your scanner
